They know whatever you are doing.
“Noble writers” are the Angels Raqeeb and Ateed as explained in verses 50: 17-18. As explained in verses 17: 13-14, every individual bears his book of deeds around his neck, and on the Day of Judgement, it will be given to him as an illuminated, open book, and it will be said to him: “You read your book; today you are enough for your reckoning.” During sexual intercourse until bathing, and while in the toilet, Angels are not near him; however, recording in the book of deeds continues then as well. The records written by the Angels are transferred to the book of deeds on the nights of every Friday and Monday. Even though the Fujjar read these verses in the Arabic Qur’an, they keep recording evil thoughts and deeds they would hate to be read publicly on the Day of Judgement, so they will receive their book of deeds in their left hand, from behind their back, as explained in verses 69: 25-37. See explanation 8: 22; 48: 6; and 84: 10-15.
